Jim’s passion is Myrtle Beach Real Estate and as a Broker he
has the extensive real estate background, education and local knowledge
to prove it. He has been active in real estate sales, marketing,
management and development in Myrtle Beach since 1976. Jim most recently
added the “Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist” designation to his
resume and has built his team to include Deelynn Saksun, an experienced
licensed real estate assistant, to best serve their customers. Jim is also
active in his church, is a member of the Elks Club and serves on the
Superintendent’s Business Cabinet for Horry County Schools. He lives in
Myrtle Beach with his wife, Debbie, and 2 daughters. Jim’s daughter
Cynthia attends St. James High School and his oldest daughter Kathryn
is a recent graduate from USC.

from Clemson University in the early ‘90s. He and his wife, Jennifer, have a
very busy 4 year old, Madelyn, and were recently blessed with a healthy baby boy, Spenser.

in Castillo del Mar. Diane has been married to her husband Bill for 25 years.

Dunes from a large developer of master planned communities in Brunswick County, N.C.

Kevin has been a resident of Myrtle Beach since 1975. In 2001 he joined the sales team
and Grande Dunes Properties was born. Perhaps the best testament to his commitment to
Grande Dunes is the recognition he has received for being the “Top Sales Producer” for
the past 4 years. Leigh Green, his assistant for the past 5 years, gives Kevin a professional
edge. Kevin and his wife, Kathy, along with their 2 children, Sophie 11 and Connor 9, are
currently building their second dream home in Grande Dunes.

Carol has been a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years, specializing in General
Brokerage. She joined Grande Dunes Development in 1999 after moving to Myrtle Beach from
Long Island in 1996. She is currently Broker in Charge at Grande Dunes
Properties. Carol and her husband Mark have been married for 36 years. They have 2 children
and 3 grandsons.
