GRANDE DUNES RESORT CLUB

Meetings, weddings and special events will experience casual Mediterranean décor and a relaxed atmosphere at the Resort Club at Grande Dunes. The spacious Main Dining Room will accommodate up to 80 guests and opens to the Outdoor Terrace offering serene views of the Grande Dunes Resort Course and the Intracoastal Waterway – the perfect combination for an indoor/outdoor experience. The privacy of the Board Room opens to the Outdoor Terrace an will accommodate up to 25 for an event.

EVENT & MEETING SPACE LAYOUT & SPECS

	MAIN DINING ROOM The Main Dining Room is the main event space for the club and offers a calm Mediterranean feel overlooking the 18th Hole of the Resort Course with water views. Accommodating up to 35 for a classroom style meeting Up to 60 for a plated meal event Up to 60 for a buffet event Up to 80 for cocktail reception May be paired with the Terrace for a nice outdoor reception/indoor dinner combination
	BOARDROOM This intimate room provides peaceful views of the Resort Course overlooking the 10th Tee and the 18th hole. This is a cozy space for a small meeting or special dinner or reception. Accommodating up to 15 for a classroom style meeting Up to 25 for a plated meal event Up to 25 for a buffet event May be paired with the outdoor Terrace to create an indoor/outdoor environment
	TAPAS ROOM The Tapas Room is a small space that is perfect for casual gatherings. It will open out onto the Terrace that overlooks the 18th Hole of the Resort Course. This area will accommodate up to 25 for a reception.

This space may be combined with the Boardroom, Main Dining Room and the Tapas Room or alone for smaller events. The covered space of the Terrace will accommodate up to 70 for a cocktail reception The covered space of the Terrace will accommodate up to 40 for a seated event The open space Terrace Pad may be tented will accommodate up to 60 for a wedding ceremony or reception

Please note that capacities listed for each venue represents the maximum number that each venue will accommodate. Audio visual needs and decorating requirements may decrease these capacities.
